What happened in the dark corners of the structures? When we as femmes are born into this world, why we are saddled with the pressures of silence and acceptance of our fates? How can we start to whisper our traumas and fears, to begin to shed what doesn’t belong to us? How do we begin to let go? We invite you to whisper your secrets into the space to begin the unraveling and rebirth and make promises to ourselves and our future generations. We can choose to be different, but what do we offer? Do we bury what’s left?
By inviting the audience to whisper their own secrets, the installation unfolds as both performative ritual and living archive — a fragile act of unweaving silence into collective memory.
